There were five wild animals.
A squirrel, a chipmunk, a porcupine, an owl and a honey-badger.
There was another though.
Her name was Aisling.
She was a curious thing.
White and pure looking with a pink top and pink bow.
She was different from the others, prime and proper, kind and graceful.
But deep down the wanted something more, she wanted what her name was.
The fantasy and dream, to live among those who didn’t have to be proper, who didn’t have to groom themselves everyday to make an appearance.
No she wanted to live in a world of care-free living.
She wanted to go to wild, and so she did.
She rounded up a squirrel, a chipmunk, a porcupine, an owl and a honey-badger.
They were confused at first.
“Who is she?”
“Where did she come from?”
“And why does she wear a bow and a shirt?”
Regardless of her difference the wild animals took her in because they didn’t have a true care as to who or what she was. All they knew was that yes she was different but in a way that made the animals want to celebrate her difference.
So they threw her a party.
An animal tea party.
